I attended Holy Spirit High School, where I graduated in May of 2009. I then attended Shelton State Community College, where I graduated with an Associate in Science in General Studies in December of 2010. I transferred to the University of Alabama, where I graduated with a Bachelor's in Math Education. I completed my Master's Degree in Math Education at the University of West Alabama in October of 2015.

My name is Mrs. Kayla Hamilton. This is my 6th year teaching. This is my fourth year at Hale County Middle School. My first two years teaching, I taught next door at Hale County High School. I love teaching and enjoy seeing the growth of my students throughout the school year.

I was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In 2013, I moved to Eutaw, Alabama after marrying my husband, Dillon. My husband and I were blessed with our son, Brooks, on July 13, 2016.

This year, I am teaching Math 8 and Algebra 1.  I am excited to be a Hale County Wildcat and looking forward to a great year!
